Mother to  NCAA Divison I 3X All-American Champion, High School and College Hall of Fame Athlete Cheryl Weaver, and Division II Historical Black College Athlete and Middle School Principal Alisha Fisher.

My success as a Coach, Consultant, Sports Mom, Trainer, and Administrator has led to a rewarding career helping student-athletes, parents, coaches, and administrators seek solutions on how best to develop student-athletes, winning teams, and manage organizations effectively for many years.

I continue my work with strategic partners who assist players, parents, teams, and organizations, with a wide range of services that support players and teams to thrive and grow.
